Blimey, how quickly has this year gone???!!! I have been totally snowed under with work and gigs, in particular Blues Brothers gigs, for the corporate and private function scene is thriving! So much so, in fact, that Elwood and I are looking to put the whole full band together for the bigger gigs as we are more frequently being asked for it!

The Rock Show by my own admission has taken a bit of a backseat this year, but I am feeling particularly inspired at the moment by some of the incredibly talented musicians I have met at Open Mic nights (by the way, I will be running The Rivermill Open Mic once again on alternate Tuesdays from now on.) Therefore, I have purchased a new pedal of wonderful gadgetry and am promptly off to play with it right after I finish this note!

Yes, I know, I know, I promised you a new set but failed to deliver, mainly due to personal circumstances, but I assure you that I am working on new material, both covers AND original stuff (!) and also in the throws of recording a good quality demo, selling Blues Brothers T-Shirts and a whole bunch of other good stuff to boot!
